These Website and Messaging Terms govern use of the Fudoshin Martial Arts website operated by Fudoshin Martial Arts LLC d/b/a KarateMN.

Visitors may use the website for lawful personal purposes to learn about programs, contact the school, review the schedule, and request an appointment.

Website information and availability

The school works to keep website information useful and current, but schedules, availability, programs, and other information may change. Website content does not create an enrollment agreement or guarantee class placement, availability, or results.

The website and third-party services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors. Contact the school when information is important to a decision.

Introductory appointments

The current introductory appointment is free and lasts about 30 minutes. Visitors should wear loose-fitting clothes or fitness attire and bring water. Appointment times are subject to calendar availability.

Additional cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, participation, membership, payment, refund, health, safety, or waiver requirements may apply through separately provided enrollment materials.

Health, safety, and results

Website information is general and is not medical, fitness, mental-health, or personal-safety advice. Martial arts and physical activity involve risk, and no website statement guarantees fitness, self-defense, academic, behavioral, or other outcomes.

Participation requirements, health disclosures, waivers, and assumption-of-risk language are handled in separately provided enrollment documents.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website content, branding, photographs, and other materials are owned by Fudoshin Martial Arts or used with permission from their respective owners. Visitors may not copy, republish, sell, interfere with, or misuse the site or its content except as allowed by law or with permission.

Third-party services

The website uses or links to third-party services, including Cloudflare, GoHighLevel, Spark Membership, mapping services, email providers, and telecommunications providers. Their availability, accessibility, privacy practices, and terms are governed by their respective providers.

SMS and messaging terms

• Program name and sender: Fudoshin Martial Arts.
• Transactional messages: if requested and configured, messages may include replies to an inquiry and appointment confirmations, changes, or reminders.
• Marketing messages: promotional texts may be sent only after separate, optional, express consent is recorded. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an inquiry.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or contact the school using the phone or email shown on this page.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be the subscriber or customary user of the number provided and authorized to consent to messages at that number.

Email communications

Service emails may respond to an inquiry or provide appointment information. Marketing emails identify the sender, use accurate subject lines, include the school’s mailing address and an unsubscribe method, and honor opt-out requests as required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the website or these terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
